Videocon Services customer ID no - Refund not received

I have an D*H ID No ********. I make a recharge of Rs ***.** on ** Jan **** via Bhim App, but I don't get the amount in my account till today. I have complaint the same my times which are as under :-
(a). ******** dt ** Jan ****.
(b). ******** dt ** Jan ****.
(c). ******** dt ** Feb ****.
(d). ******** dt ** Feb ****.
I also verify from Bhim portal about my amount, they sms me that amount has been credited to merchants account (screen shot of sms enclosed).
