Bank of Baroda - Refund not received

PNR No. **********, I had booked my irctc e-ticket via Google Pay on **/**/** at *:** pm.The ticket price was Rs.****.** including a convience fee of Rs. **.**. I had cancelled my ticket on **/**/** at **:** pm. The Cancellation Charge was ***Rs. I was been refunded of Rs.****, which hasn't been credited to my a/c yet.
According to IRCTC it has directed me the refunds, In my Google pay, the amount is shown as yet processing, I had received Rs.***/- which is a figure of cancellation fee amount. It was received on April *th, **** at *:**pm.I believe there can be chances of reverse transaction or an default error.
