Balaji fair price store - Refund not receive

i ordered shoes on meesho on date ** may but because of size issue i exchanged shoes on ** may .After exchange i received shoes on * june which customer did not like because of bsd quality and i returned shoes afterb* days on * june but meesho cancelled the return meesho saying it was delivered on * days ago but i received the courier on * june and the difference is only * days i request you plz resolve my problem i want my refund back
