Bajaj Finance and IKEA - Refund not receieved

I have a loan account number : ***SCELE****** for Items purchased from IKEA.
For which there is a refund adjusted by IKEA for amount INR **,*** since I returned part of the items which I didn't need anymore. IKEA accepted the return and processed the return, sharing with me a credit note receipt which had the amount of refund mentioned against original order which was worth *****+ in total.
I had financed the products from Bajaj Finance at the IKEA store.
IKEA Refund Reference Number : *******.
I have shared proof of the refunds from IKEA's end already with Bajaj Finance team.
I have been waiting for my refund from Bajaj finance for the last * months. The team at Bajaj Finance has been unhelpful and have not communicated with me with respect to my case. This is a serious lapse in processes and systems built by such an esteemed organisation like Bajaj Finance and IKEA. Please Help me.
