PayTM & IRCTC - Refund not Recd From 1 Month

I was booking a ticket with IRCTC and payment was done through PAYTM Gateway but the Transaction Failed. I have not received the refund from the last * month. Has reached out to IRCTC Multiple times but they say it is pending from PayTM Gateway side. Unable to reach PayTM Directly through their toll free number.

IRCTC says that your money has been transferred to your bank but I didn't get it . Payment I have used for transaction is UPI , No response from the payment gateway which I have used .
