Mobikwik didn't refund the amount that was debited from my bank account but transaction wasn't successful. I have evidence of deductions in both, my bank account statement as well as in the app with no refunds at all. This happened in April **** and now its June ****. No action taken y their lethargic customer support.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
