Indigo Airlines 6E - Refund not provided
Ishika Raj filed complaint against Indigo Airlines 6E on May 1, 2020
I had scheduled a ticket for April **th ****, with free cancellation. The total amount spent on the tickets was Rs. ****, including the free-cancellation charges. Had to cancel on April **th, due to the ongoing pandemic, and the refund I got was only Rs ***. They deducted Rs **** in the name of 'Airline Cancellation charge', which is not correct, and to avoid this scenario in the first place, I opted for free cancellation.
I contacted via Twitter and via support, they offered to provide credit shell, which did not opt for when creating the tickets.
