I Placed An Order On **st March But They Said They Won't Be Able To Provide Due To Lockdown Till **th April But Since Then I'm Trying To Cancel This Order But They Are Not Responding Properly On Mail, Nor Refunding The Amount. This Type Of Fraudulent Support Is Really Causing Problems and unnecessary financial stress.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
