Flyrobe - Refund not provided

I had rented a dress from Flyrobe, a brand owned by Omapal Technologies Private Limited, which has Ms. Shreya Mishra and Mr. Pranay Surana as co-founders. For renting the dress, I paid a security deposit of Rs ****, which was to be refunded to me within a period of ** days after the pick up of the dress. The dress was successfully picked up by Flyrobe on April, **, ****. On May *, I wrote an email to the customer centre of Flyrobe at care@flyrobe.com asking for my refund and also providing my bank details to them. They committed that the refund will be processed as soon as possible and will be transferred to my account. It is now more than a month later, and such is the indecency of Flyrobe that they do not respond to emails, calls, or messages sent to them directly on social media. It is amply clear that they are not interested in refunding what is legally mine and has been admitted as due from them. I have attached the emails trails to show that how irresponsible and unprofessional their company is. The founders are included in the email, but it is clear they do not care about giving back my money and are only concerned with fraudulently keeping my money for themselves,. This is nothing but a case of cheating and theft under the Indian Penal Code as well. I want them to return my money to me in the next ** hours, failing which I would initiate legal proceedings against them at entirely their risk and costs.
