I am filing a formal complaint regarding my refund, which has still not been processed despite being promised within *-* business days. It has now been over a month, and my refund remains unresolved.
I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Footballmonk, but my previous emails either went undelivered or were ignored. Eventually, I was told that my refund would be issued, but I am still waiting.
This delay has caused significant frustration, and I am seeking immediate resolution.
FYI my order was placed on **th November ****
