Rock n roll riders - Refund not provided

Rock n Roll Riders is a travelling booking company which organises bike rides in Northern Region of India. On ** June ****, I have booked a ride for ** July **** to ** July ****, the package was Leh to Leh (Umling La). The entire conversation and ride confirmation was done on WhatsApp.
I got the confirmation for the same package, but on ** July **** I received the call and the team was forcing me to change the package to Leh to Leh (Tso Moriri) which was entirely different from what I booked initially for. I denied and I was promised on that I will be taken to Leh to Leh (Umling La) package only.
Next day I received a call from the travel team and I was informed the Leh to Leh (Umling La) package has been cancelled and I will get the refund for ***** rupees within * working days.
After * days, I was informed that I will receive the refund within *-** working days.
After ** days, I was informed that I will not get refund and they have stopped receiving the calls as welll.
