My ticket was booked for from Ranchi to Chennai on *rd May,**** which was cancelled due to COVID-**. Then I asked for refund from HappyEasyGo and raised the ticket too on **th August, ****. I had multiple follow-ups they told me that it will be done within ** days. Therefore I called them on **th November,**** and asked the same. Now they are telling me that it will take *** days to get it resolved and when asked about this new rule i.e *** days they are telling me that it was informed me before and blaming me that I have not heard. When I asked them about this new rule where it is mentioned then they told me that is is nowhere mentioned.
Moreover the refund was already given to this travel agency on **th April,**** and they are telling that refund is not yet provided to them by airline
