My order, ID *****************ASO*, was placed on July *th. The sequence of events since then has been completely unacceptable and a clear failure of the customer service process of netmeds July **th: The order was received, and a return request was initiated on the very same day. July **th to July **th: I was forced to call customer care team every single day just to have the return pickup processed. After numerous follow-ups, the item was finally picked up on July **th—a full ** days after the request. July **th to Present: For over two months now, my refund has not been processed. Despite my persistent daily calls to the team, and mail I have been met with the same, hollow promise: "The refund will be processed within ** hours."
