Tecmarx - Refund not provided post cancellation of order

I am writing to formally report a fraudulent experience with TecMarx/TecSox, a merchant I transacted with using a discount coupon provided by the CRED App.

I utilized a CRED-offered coupon to purchase an item from TecMarx. Following a subsequent cancellation, I have not received a refund. All official communication channels for the merchant—including their phone number (+** **********) being non-existent and emails (care@tecmarx.com, contact@tecsox.com, contact@tecmarx.com, info@tecsox.com) are non-responsive or non-functional, only having automated responses with no reply from their end for * days now.

While regular CRED support has directed me to the merchant, I escalated this to CRED's grievance escalation mail because I was redirected to the TecMarx website directly from the CRED interface after claiming a reward. As the referring platform, CRED has a due-diligence requirement to ensure that the merchants it promotes are legitimate. Since TecMarx is a non-responsive 'ghost' entity, I also want to hold CRED responsible for facilitating a fraudulent transaction. I have already reported the transaction on the Supermoney app and initiated a transaction dispute with my credit card issuer
