Repairmens - Refund not provided for RO security deposit despite deinstallation

I had installed an RO water purifier from Repairmen’s approximately * months ago after paying a refundable security deposit of ₹****
The RO was de-installed on * may **** by the company, and I was informed that my security deposit would be refunded within a few days. However, despite repeated follow-ups through calls/messages, the company has failed to refund my security deposit even after ** days.
Their conduct amounts to deficiency in service and unfair consumer practice. I request refund of my security deposit along with compensation for mental harassment and delay caused by the opposite party.
