I booked * Tickets from Delhi to Varanasi thru Travolook for **-Feb-**, I had paid entire amount of *,*** Rs and got my Tickets no my mail' id.
Later they cancelled my Tickets without my consent and event not called me about cancellation.
Since *-Feb-**, i am awaiting my refund, i called their customer care more then ** times, but every time those liar speak for next *~* days for refund to come
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
