VCITI - Refund not provided as per promise

On September *nd, ****, I eagerly booked a spot in the Vciti Howgarts Villas project, expressing my commitment by promptly transferring * lakh via UPI as a booking amount. Unfortunately, unforeseen financial issues compelled me to send a cancellation email on the same day, a decision that I also communicated to the project coordinators, Mr. Soham and Mr. Sujeet, in a face-to-face meeting on September *rd.

A glimmer of hope emerged during a meeting at the VCITI HSR Office on September **th, where Mr. Soham assured me of a refund within **-** days. At that moment, I felt a sense of relief and was convinced that my concerns were being addressed professionally.

However, the subsequent weeks have been an arduous journey marked by unfulfilled promises and a disheartening lack of communication. Despite my persistent efforts to follow up via calls and WhatsApp messages from September **th onward, the responsiveness that was initially demonstrated has dwindled to complete silence. As a working professional, the mental stress of having to chase a resolution to this matter has been both taxing and unwarranted.

This breakdown in communication and the failure to fulfill the promised refund within the stipulated timeframe has not only eroded my confidence in Vciti Howgarts Villas but has also left me questioning the professionalism and integrity of the company.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a plea for urgent intervention. I implore the management of Vciti Howgarts Villas to address this matter promptly, provide the promised refund, and restore a semblance of trust in what has so far been a disappointing experience.
