Winny Immigration and Education Service Pvt Ltd - refund not provided

Two years have passed on as per policy but they did not work on my file. He treated me wrongly and the wrong information. Then I connect with customer department and Mr Rahul handled department and nothing happened in my file so after *-* months he agreed to refund. And after that I got COVID and *-* years passed on and now currently I am connect with Ms. Komal Verma she is rude in customer care and bluntly say we can not provide any kind of paper and can do anything anywhere and I am very unsatisfied and I need refund. This is very very important for me.
