Dear Sir/Madam ,
I have placed order on aanchalpore.com on **Jun **** after **days I contact them because my order not shipped.
That time they said product is not available still they take order. So I wait till * July still they didn't provide my order.
So I request them to cancel my order on *th July . cancelled it. But they didn't provide me refund yet. Now they are not attending phone calls and not replying to my mails also. **% of products on there site is not available still they taking orders.

Please look into this matter.
