Spoyl App - Refund not processed

I have ordered products worth Rs**** but due to sizing issue have to return it as the correct size was out of stock so couldn't replace it. I have not received my refund yet which was initiated on **nd Nov, all they keep on saying is we are facing issues we will do it within few days. Whatever timeline they provide they never stick to it and when you call them again they say few more days. You need to send them multiple mails to get one reply which will also not have any concrete information. As per their policy it should have been done within *-* working days but they don't seem to care.
