I had purchased note * pro on *th September ****. It was supposed to be delivered on **th September. I needed it urgently. I had to gift it to someone. But product came for delivery on **th September. So I denied to take the product.
But from that day in my MI Store app It is not showing that order is Cancelled. It is still showing Shipped.
Also at Delivery partner's (Ekart) website it is showing out for delivery from ** september and this status has not changed till date.
I called customer care but they all are just Bunch of Monkeys. They have no information and they are just saying to wait. I asked how much time. But they said there is no specific time period for this. Just wait.
This is really a horrible experience for me. I was a big fan of MI product but Now I am not anymore. They are losing your best customer with absurd policy of refund. I had Also registered Complaint with National Consumer Helpline. Complaint ID is - *******
I just want my refund.
