Zariknyaa - Refund not processed

I ordered a saree online from Zariknyaa, but the product I received is substantially different in colour from what was shown and described on the website. The saree listed is a deep, dark purple, but the delivered product is significantly brighter and more bluish-violet. This is not a lighting issue—there is a clear and prominent mismatch.When I tried to reach Zariknyaa, they did not respond to my emails and the mobile number provided on their website is switched off and not active on WhatsApp. The only way they communicated was through Instagram. After discussing my complaint there, they scheduled a return pickup. Once I handed over the saree to the delivery person, they blocked me on Instagram and have not responded since. I now have no way to reach them and have not received my refund.I am attaching photographic evidence of the colour mismatch and all relevant documents. I am requesting urgent intervention for a full refund as the seller is unresponsive after taking the product back. Their actions suggest unfair trade practices and intentional avoidance of consumer rights.
