I had purchased * kurtas on September ** but since they delivered cheap material cloth I returned the product. It's February ** and still they haven't refunded me yet. I e-mailed them and called too for more than ** times but still no reply. They are saying we have financial issues(bankrupt) so we cannot refund you as of now.
On top of that they do not have toll free number so everytime I call first it's placed on queue for ** mins and then hold for next ** mins to total call duration goes of **+minutes everytime which cost me around ₹** per call.
