I booked a package from Humsafar Holidays in Nov **** and paid Rs **,*** as advance. Due to some unforeseen reasons I had to cancel the package. I was told that I would receive the money within ** days. I have written to them repeatedly but received no answer. It’s been a year and I have not received my money back.
