I booked a flight from their portal, but after sometime i got mail that my flight is cancelled and my money will be refunded in ** Hours. But it's been ** days so far and i am just getting assurances that my money will be refunded in ** hours again and again. I have all the proofs of this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
