I booked a ticket using the portal HappyEasyGo in the month of Aug. **** and the flight was cancelled by Airlines itself. Hence my money got stucked. It is now more than * motnhs for flight cancellation and more than * months to raise the refund request but still I have not got my refund yet upon multiple follow ups as well. Not even any factual/concrete updates are shared yet by the HappyEasyGo behind the reason of delay and efforts made to get the refund back. Only thing I have been hearing is that Airlines (Air Asia) is not refunding the money. Would be great help if it could be intervened. Below may be few required details. HappyEasyGo Order ID - ****************** Refund case ID with HappyEasyGo - ************* I have sent ample amount of mails and followed up over the calls as well but not getting any real update from HappyEasyGo about the current status of progress and efforts made by HappyEasyGo to get the money back from the Airlines. We are losing our value added to the money during the period which could have been earned by investing it some else for the duration. Also HappyEasyGo is deducting service charges around **** INR which a customer should not be liable for in case Airlines cancel the flight. There is no really fault of customer in such cases. It is all between Airlines and the service provider such as HappyEasyGo in this case.
