Travelook - Refund not processed

On *.*.**** I had booked two air ticket
details ate follows
I had booked air ticket for **.*.**** from Mumbai to mangalore Indigo *E- **** from your site i say that on same day i received email from your side that" your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF********* Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. I also received call from your side that booking was cancelled and refund will be made of RS. ****.**
And till today I hade not received refund.

I had booked another air ticket for **.*.**** from Mumbai to mangalore Air India AI - *** from your site i say that on same day i received email from your side that" your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF********* Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. I also received call from your side that booking was cancelled and refund will be made of RS. ****.**
And till today I hade not received refund of both air ticket
It is my humble request to you too consider my email and refund the same
