I have order two product out of which i have cancelled one product and am requesting to process the refund.

But Royaloak team is denying that they cannot process the refund to the bank as per their bullshit policy ..no retailer has such a policy to keep the customer money in their account.

I am following up with the store team and online customer team ..but no one is providing the resolution ..

My humble request to the customers os dont ever purchase through Royaloak u cannot get ur money back if there is any issues with the product ..
