IndiaFilings - Refund Not Processed for Trademark Service No Response from IndiaFilings

I initiated a trademark registration process with IndiaFilings for my brand under Class ** and Class **.
As part of the process, I paid an amount of ₹*,*** towards their service fees. However, I have not proceeded with the government fee payment, and no final filing has been completed from my end.
After reconsideration, I decided not to proceed further with the trademark application and requested a refund as per their refund policy.
I have attempted to contact their support team multiple times via calls and communication channels, but I have not received any proper response or resolution regarding my refund request.
Despite no completion of the service, my refund has not been processed, and there is a lack of communication from their side.
I request appropriate action and assistance in getting my refund processed at the earliest.
