Mygate - Refund not processed despite failure to deliver the agreedupon services

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the recent lead generation campaign executed on the MyGate platform.
They were incapable of delivering the leads as agreed, breaching the PO terms more than three times and sharing leads that were not even generated through our ads. They promised to share *** leads and charged us for them, but they couldn’t even generate **% of the leads.
We have been following up for almost *+ months now to get the refund.
