I ordered a pair of chappals worth ₹*** from Blinkit, which I returned on **th June ****. According to their policy, refunds are processed within a few days of return, but even after more than ** days, I have not received my refund.
I contacted Blinkit customer support multiple times via their in-app chat, but they have been unresponsive and failed to resolve the issue. The delay in refund and lack of support has caused mental frustration and financial inconvenience, as I had to continuously follow up with no outcome.
This behavior amounts to deficiency in service and possible unfair trade practice, violating the Consumer Protection Act, ****. I have now been forced to escalate the matter legally due to their negligence.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
