Otipy - Refund Not Processed by Otipy Despite 120 Days Delay

Otipy (Company shut down, refund not issued as promised)

Complaint Details:
I used buy groceries and vegetables from Otipy. Suddenly they shutdown and After the company shut down, they officially promised to refund my money within **–** days.

I initiated the refund request and have been following up since **th May ****.

Despite repeated follow-ups, it has now been over *** days and no refund has been received.

The company has not provided any valid explanation for the delay nor communicated transparently.

This has caused significant mental stress and financial inconvenience.

Relief Sought:

*. Immediate refund of my money as promised.
*. Compensation for undue harassment and delay caused by Otipy’s negligence.
*. Written confirmation of the exact refund timeline with date.
