i was trying to byu a product "Google Pixel Buds A-Series with Google Assistant Bluetooth Headset (Clearly White, True Wireless)" from Fliptwirls.com on May **, ****but they did not ship the product. i have requested them to process the refund and they agreed and requested my Google pay number. after providing the number, they have not processed the refund even after numerous followup. i request you to help me getting the refund.
