On */*/**, I booked ticket on Travolook site. But immediately, received a call and email from the company that booking is canceled due some issue at airline side and refund will be processed shortly. However, despite repeated calls and emails to the site my refund is not credited to account. Site appears to be a scam, as large numbers of people are facing similar issue. My booking cancelation was REF*********. Kinldy help t get my refund
