Tagg Digital - Refund not Process

I had ordered a product a product from Tagg Website around **th or **th May and next day I got a call stating due to covid they will ship my order after **th May. On **th May when I reach to their customer care he said he don't have any idea when they will be able to ship the product, so I cancelled the order and asked for an refund of the same. They assured me that they will refund after *st of June. Since then I am trying to get my refund but there is no satisfactory reply from there side.
