Yaari Digital Services India Private Limited - Refund not paid

As a registered reseller of Yaari Digital Services Yaari App, have placed several orders. One particular order of Rs. ***x*piece= Rs. *** was returned after delivery. As per the expectations the refund should be paid within * days. The refund was initiated of Rs. ***, where as it should be Rs. ***. The company has collected both * piece as return and refunded for only one pice. Called several time and emailed several times but they only issue a ticket no. and never taken any action. Goods returned on **-**-**** but till date **-**-**** balance Refund not issued.
