Adit Tours - Refund not paid

My in-laws booked a trip for Gangtok from **th June. Their trip once reached there got cancelled because Adit Tours couldn't take them to the destination from Siliguri due to the strike. My in-laws returned back on **th June. They mentioned us they will return ***** rupees after deducting **** for the expenditure there. We mutually agreed to this. Since **th June my mother in-law, father in-law and I have been following up everyday. They have multiple times gives us forged/fake bank transfer UTI number, bank alert emails of the money transfer but always coming back with an excuse and stories how either bank server is down, payment is taking longer, payment got cancelled from their bank! On **th June I reviewed their Facebook page and I get a call from the employee Lakshmi threatening if i do not delete the review they will not make our payments. I deleted my review post in belief least my money will come back. After that again it became a daily affair of following up with them. They kept giving us various numbers of diffident employees for us to call. Finally we connected with the founder Udit Malik. He was nothing different and kept saying everyday the money has been transferred and then stopped taking calls. I again when reviewed their Facebook page they immediate call again to me and my mother in law to delete it or else they will not refund our money.
