payal Dhanania - Refund not made

I Tanveer Singh, Ordered a T-shirt online from facebook from Miss Payal Dhanania she is from mumbai and i am from delhi. i paid her the amount and then she sent me the t-shirt which was defective. i asked her to take it back n refund the amount "Rs. ***" she told me as soon as i send the the courier slip photo to her she will refund my amount *** + **(courier charges). but now Miss dhanania is neither replying to my messages nor taking my calls. her address is ***, harkrushna soc opp. uday nagar - *, katagram, surat, gujrat - ******. phone number - **********.
