I booked a hotel through Rehlat on **-Oct-**** with Booking Reference Number RCO*******. As per their refund policy, the refund was to be processed within ** business days, but it has now been more then ** business days, and I have not received the refund.
I have made multiple follow-ups via emails and calls, but Rehlat has failed to address the issue or provide any resolution. This delay has caused significant financial and mental distress.
I request Voxya to intervene and help me get my refund of ***.**USD along with compensation for the inconvenience caused.
