While enquiring about my travel to Andaman "Destination waves tours" (they are the tour operator for Travelers pride travel agency) emailed me with the package details. we spoke to the tour operator and agreed for a tour package to Andaman for ***** which includes flight charges, hotel bookings and sightseeing. however when the travel date was nearing, there is no response from the tour operator and the travel agent. We have paid the full amount and we didn't get any refund. Request to take action on them and get my money back.
