travolook in - refund not made

I booked an air ticket on *st Nov **** through travolook.in (through Skyscanner) for Bangalore to Dibrugarh for Dec *, ****.
This booking was cancelled almost immediately after my payment was made and money was debited from my account. The following is the email I got from Travolook.

This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason .
