I have tried to reserve a PG in bellandur called as Sanghai House under Stanza living, for single room through Stanza mobile app.
However, i was given no confirmation and no message came in for reserve the booking amount which is refundable as per policy... No one connected with me as well. Customer care support treating this as a threat talk. I have banking evidence to show that the amount was debited for STANZA LIVING. The booking was done through the phone number since there is no option for login to the portal or app.. BAD WEBSITE DESIGN as well..
