I ordered a necklace from their website. They sent me a defective product through speed post. I contacted them to return the product. They have no pickup facility hence they told me to send photos of the defective product and after confirmation, they told me to send the product back to them. I sent back the product through speed post which cost me Rs. **/-. After they received the product they started throwing tantrums saying that packaging is not good so we won't give you any refund or replacement. They didn't even send me the product back while I told them that either you send me back the same product after repairing it or give me a refund or replacement. But they rather tried to intimidate me by saying our legal team will contact you. Its already been * days but no response from their side till now. I have sent them emails WhatsApp messages but to no avail. They simply dwindled my money.
