sporto in - Refund not issued
Probuddha Nag filed complaint against sporto in on Oct 15, 2023
I purchased a pair of track pants from Sporto and decided to return it owing to sizing issues. Sporto assigned Shadowfax as the courier partner.
My package was picked up on **/**/**** and since then it has been lying with the local shadowfax facility. No further movement on the return till date.
Have contacted Shadowfax numerous times but received no response and Sporto is deliberately holding on to my amount citing "non receipt of package" as an alibi.
Please note that the courier partner was assigned by Sporto and NOT me. So why should I be waiting so long for my refund?
