Nest Away Technologies - Refund not issued

I have paid a deposit of *****, that should be handed over to me while moving out of the property. Now its more than ** days since I moved out, the firm had not issued me the refund which is against the term mentioned in their website as they will refund within ** days of move out. Also, their inspection manager demanded *** rs in cash, failing that the move out process will not be completed. Nestaway has not mentioned anywhere to not pay in cash for any of the inspection manager. but their service persons are demading cash, now they are saying that they are not responsible
