Her fashion house - Refund not issued

I purchased a sari from their Instagram account and paid using google pay. They did not give me an order number even after multiple requests and when the product arrived, it looked nothing like the picture. The product was of very cheap quality, and they had falsely advertised the sari on their Instagram profile. I complained about misleading pictures and false advertising and requested a refund. They assured that a refund will be issued. Since I did not get any notification about refund or return request, I contacted them again after several days. This time they gave me a wats app number and told me to contact them. I sent a WhatsApp message at the number- ********** but did not receive any response. After calling multiple times a person named Ravi answered the phone and told me to send him some details like name, address, phone # etc. I sent him the requested details, but I have not received any response from them. I have tried to contact them multiple times but there is no response. They are an online scam, and I am sure they have taken money from may other people by showing misleading pictures. Stores like these makes it hard for a customer to believe online businesses and discourages customers to shop online. They do not ever allow you to post a comment or feedback on their Instagram page. Please help! I can send you screenshots of their messages and transaction details. I was not able to attach them.
