I ordered a home temple from them on *th feb **** via their online website layalcraft.in (which doesn't seem to be available now) and paid **** rs. It was received on **th feb. I was received damaged, for which i informed on the same day and asked to return as it was very low quality. He agreed to arrange return and refund. After multiple reminders and followups, return pickup was done around on **th March. After that i have followed multiple times for refund, butvi haven't get yet as of **th july ****. I only got no answers and excuses.
