On **th sep, i made a booking via travolook (ref*********).
it was cancelled for some reason by travolook, and had to make a new booking,
i got a mail that i will receive a refund within **-** days. it has been ** days now, i have called and mailed many times, but not getting any response now. on last call i was assured that refund will be issued within * days now, and this matter is looked upon as priority.
i have never faced anything like this before.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
