I ordered groceries from big bazar online , Guwahati bhangagarh ,total amount was ***, the delivery boy called me next day for the delivery but could not deliver as per covid rules or something , he basically cancelled my order, after that i tried to call big bazar customer care number which is given on their website but it was not reachable tried to call so many times but damn couldn't...!!! Kept emailing since * days... No response... please help me getting my refund.. they are not responding.
