Niraj kumar Nirala filed complaint against Air India Yatra on May 9, 2021
I had booked a flight in air india *** from patna to sringar for ** December ** pnr H*WFY through Yatra.com . Flight was scheduled to depart from Patna at ****hrs on ** dec **. Whereas flight was rescheduled to depart at ****hrs on ** dec **. Sighting these changes i request Yatra.com to cancel my ticket. I got reply from yatra that i will get full refund as the flight is prepond for more than * hours.
But it has almost * months I didn't received my refund.
Both Yatra is telling that it has issued refund request with Air India and till now didn't received the refund. Whereas Air India is not in possession to tell anything. They are simply saying contact your travel agent for refund.
Kindly do the needful so that i can receive my refund.
